My name is Dan Turnbeaugh. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Mental Performance Coach in Northern Colorado. I have been in practice since 2012 working with athletes to reach the next level or with clients struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, cognitive issues, and everything in between. I often use a lot of empathy, pop culture references, humor, and enthusiasm during my time with clients. I appreciate clients that allow me to join them on this journey of life and work on growing to meet their full potential. Specializing in talk therapy as well as neurotherapy (neurofeedback and neuromodulation) with individual clients allows me to process issues with clients in a faster timeframe. In turn, they feel better... faster.
